Today another day in NYP de lab,doing cell culture.previously,yx told us the wrong amt of medium powder to use,indirectly making regina's n my 6 flasks of cells to die off..sianx..and have to remake again..as i lost an high amount of flasks of HEPG-2,i have to borrow some from Yx to subculture from there..and den in return,as i have 5 flasks of MCF-7 cells and are still growing well,i gave 1 to regina as she lost all of it as well..Fortunely i secretly cultivate HEPG-2 cells which are previously frozen by myself,or i would have dunno wat to do le..and one de cells are growing slowly,the other reaching 70% confluency.
Ok enough of Industrial attachment...recently,i cant help it but to worry so much things at one go till i was losing my mood in playing maple..while i was busy training my mage acc,ting somehow msged me in a tearfully manner..telling me she has been dumped..how she tio dumped pls ask her or myself..i called her to find out wat happened,and offered to tok to her.she was unwilling but changed her mind in the end.i simply logged off and went to her place...anyway..seeing her crying over this simply reminds me wat happened to me exactly an yr ago..ting somehow did nt wan bc to come when he offered to comfort her,but despite many of her pleas not to come,he insisted and just showed up..
