haha...these few days in ite..it is one godamn sian..rotting away while doing my presentation...
Anyway..i can conclude tat i did really learned alot from u..after all...from july 07 till now..when we 1st met in the BL camp..aha,time flies so fast...really miss all those old times..but i gotta move on..if ting can do it,after so many bgr probs during the past few yrs,i won lose out either..wonder wat my future will be like...

Today just went back to ite..damn boring down there..till after presentation time..but den got chance to chat wif old frens like jingwei,yong hui,amin,etc.
In Hse IA is really doing dull jobs like wash glassware,cut pH paper,sweep & mop labs,maintain equipment,refil R.O water & 70% ethanol..seems so sian down there..and ppl like jingwei got the cheek to slp there =.=''.
I was given an choice wat to do after next week,go and help do manufacture/projects,or join in hse ia ppl...(wat u guys tink i will go?)0

Today was simply cleaning up of labs along wif yx,halim,regina,along wif our supervisors yati,lydia,daphine etc. for the upcoming WHO workshop.
During lunch,halim,yx,regina n me managed to have lunch at Ang Mo kio area de food court,den walk around AMK Hub.
And den after IA,Ting msged me tat she required help in her F&N portfolio.So i went over to her place and my gosh,her place got several laptops!wa so rich sia.
Using a laptop each,me and bc decided to aid her in her folio.But BC somehow ran into abit of difficulties,so i aided him..wa like 3yrs nv touched F&N liao.still cn rmb abit.
Of so many trios i 'joined'..another one is coming up..haha
Tml shall be the last IA in NYP liao..haha.den need come back to sch.sian.

Now the last week at Nyp for IA le(hopefully i cn come back here to study,although i noe chances are nt high)..Mon is just clean up the cell culture lab,after the cell bio xams.
Tues-Simply set up agars,slanted agars,sterile RO water for today's workshop.
TOday-Nothing to do at all,sian.while regina & halim went off to the library while yx & me simply stayed at the office,in case our supervisor got sth for us to do-which turned out nth to do at all.we simply just chatted till 2pm,before we too went off to the library to slack off till 4.45pm,den went home..Ting once again msg me to join her and bc to aid her for her upcoming common test,which turned up to be a chit chat session(As usual,bc came onli wif his psp).while BC has to leave to do sth,ting and i chatted bout some BGR issues till BC came back out of nowwhere,surprising us.=.=''
Played some tarrot cards.Ting claimed tat it is accurate,as she tried before and it did happen.wonder if this is true anot.haha..after tarroting,BC left,leaving ting n me to chat abit more before i left for home,and ting had to revise for tml's common test(wa 4 subjects in one day,cn die man.My time not tat stress..)Jy ba ting!

Finally,cell culture was over.
I shall tell u guys the final days of it
Last fri,we already grown as much HEGs pr MCF-7s..
But den,probs spring up as yx,halim and regina's confluency could not match the required confluency.As i did cultured 6 cultures of extra HEPG-2s,which was then prepared in case i could not meet the required confluncey-i have already done tat to spare them.(HAlim's was contaminated).In the end,no one fulfilled all the required confluency of all 6 flasks..Regina,halim & me went on to do viable cell count from frozen cells..
Regina de both HEPG-2 & MCF-7 was both 90% viable cells
Mine was 86% & 88%.
Halim was HEPG-2 was 96%,but MCF-7 was 20%,as tat time he froze MCF-7,his confluency was onli half the required confluncy of 70%..
Fortunely our TSOs treated us to Pizza Hut at Ang Mo Kio..
Last Fri went back to school..it was nth much as Mdm ruhida(maybe wrong spelling) & Mr Roy briefed us bout graduation day(wa,tat one was in May leh..) & Presentation..sian la,finish IA in nyp still need come back to school.WTF man.i tot got holidays..8-5pm somemore..T.T(Hopefully cn early dismiss).need to wash tubes,maintain equipment along wif those in-hse ia ppl..
Shortly after the briefing,i have to pei regina to help her to print her qc na prac assignment as she have no idea where to print and her hse de printer ran out of ink.Luckly MLC did open,after tat went on to cafe 1 to pei edvin and company..But then this time,aidil,jean,hanizah,xin mao,shi yun did not sit along wif edvin,kai hsun,benjamin,yx,yun kai,like they used to(xin mao onli wanted to pei jean.).There are rumours tat Our class de unity is slowly falling apart.wonder if this is really true anot...Went on to nyp to pass cell culture notebook to supervisor,den went on to maple(i now maple more and more rarely,as i cant find time for it,hehe).I have no idea tat day was on x2 exp,i was earning exp from 24%-72% in just 1.5hrs when ting wanted me to pei her,which i eagerly agreed,bo chup tat x2 exp when frens are more important den maple,despite this x2exp is hard to come by.after she bought vaentine's day gift for CK(she succeeded anot u cn go and guess for urself).i den went on to yew tee to find her & bc(hu onli pei us till 6pm plus)we chatted till like going to 8pm den left home..

Today another day in NYP de lab,doing cell culture.previously,yx told us the wrong amt of medium powder to use,indirectly making regina's n my 6 flasks of cells to die off..sianx..and have to remake again..as i lost an high amount of flasks of HEPG-2,i have to borrow some from Yx to subculture from there..and den in return,as i have 5 flasks of MCF-7 cells and are still growing well,i gave 1 to regina as she lost all of it as well..Fortunely i secretly cultivate HEPG-2 cells which are previously frozen by myself,or i would have dunno wat to do le..and one de cells are growing slowly,the other reaching 70% confluency.
Ok enough of Industrial attachment...recently,i cant help it but to worry so much things at one go till i was losing my mood in playing maple..while i was busy training my mage acc,ting somehow msged me in a tearfully manner..telling me she has been dumped..how she tio dumped pls ask her or myself..i called her to find out wat happened,and offered to tok to her.she was unwilling but changed her mind in the end.i simply logged off and went to her place...anyway..seeing her crying over this simply reminds me wat happened to me exactly an yr ago..ting somehow did nt wan bc to come when he offered to comfort her,but despite many of her pleas not to come,he insisted and just showed up..

Just went out wif belle today..have an wonderful time down there..although i only spend an hr or 2,as her aunt won allow her to go out so late,but den looking back,it was really worth it..No pics wif her ps as she not keen to take photos(i won force ppl to do things de).And thx for ur notes.I won't let u down by doing well in the upcoming xams+securing an place in nyp/sp(:.I will return it back to u by end feb or march.Ni fang xin hao le.^^Hopefully u can go on to tp.
