Although jan is making me more busy in my fyp, assignment than ever before, there were a few pieces of good news for me. I was able to re-establish contact with Apple st and got to know sya, who was her bestie and have been meeting her several times a week. However, St's r/s has collpased and till now, she still was'nt able to get over it..i wonder what can i do to help her...

2012 begans, 3 hrs ago. But i have enough of the rumours from the Mayans from the 21st Dec 2012, which they said about the end of the world..Well, i dun want to know so much about it anyway.

Anyway, Flashbacks of 2011
-A 'papu race' with Eliz in rp to see who can pawn papu the fastest during RP open house. Well, a 14x DK vs a 13x Xbm. I was badly pawned.
-For the 1st time in poly, i got a distinction in a module( Nutrition)!
-Attachment in ATOS wellness, a spa company to work in the nutritional department.At least i get to know how a spa company works and how they tried to lure customers in by their packages.
-Going to joshua's 21st birthday party, and from there,that's where i 1st meet my soon-to-be lifegroup/cellgroup.
-With the help of ping guang,i went to impactlife during Easter.After several times of going to the sermon,my bad impression of chirstianty has gone.
-Suffered from Shingles,a disease from the chickenpox virus aka snake disease for the whole of august.
-Attended Class chalet at Aloha CHangi.When i went here,memories of 2008 chalet during my ITE times came back. This time,we went fishing, gamble, BBQ and ppl like Huiru,huiting and yinmun, who we did not expect them to stay overnight actually stayed overnight.
-My Lifegroup/Cellgroup celebrated my 21st birthday. Thanks guys!
-Thru my lifegroup,i was able to go in eateries in bukit timah, where i used to go when i was young.
-Went Taipei,Taiwan during the sept holidays. From there, i went to Ximending and several other major night markets( Free and easy tour) and even scaled up Taipei 101.Spent a fortune on clothes and food but was worth the spending.
-Sent pg off on his enlistment day.Well,i'm more or less know how Tekong camp and food is like,since i will be going here in half an year's time.
-Best of all,i actually celebrated new year with my lifegroup!
-Honestly,upon seeing Apple st blog and her recent sms,i could'nt believe it that her another r/s has collpased.I wished that i could help her, but i dunno how as it's difficult to contact her. Hopefully, this will change in 2012. Thinking back, i should have heeded a friend's advice to advice her not to rush into another r/s,yet i simply let her do her own way..now this happens...Just glad that she has resolved to move on with life though.

Hopefully,2012 will be a better year!
To several ppl...
Huiyi-Losing weight is not as easy as you may think. Regardless of what diet you want to follow, remember this: As long as your calorie intake is lower than how much calories you need, you will lose weight. (Not below 1000kcal per day!)And pls do not overdo things as it may backfire on you.And CNY's coming,loads of new year goodies are high in calories and consume them in moderation.
Pg- Personally, thru our cellgroup, i've seen a lot of changes in you ever since i last met you. Anyway, all the best in your Navy career!

Alright, Now that MSt's over. i can slack back abit,but i have fyp and reports to be done.I browsed the internet and saw this video from CHC ppl performing at Easter,using other ppl's song to praise jesus.The 1st one was based on Tokyo Drift, which made me ROFL. However, when they used Lady Gaga's song,it was like -.- like, not making any sense to me ,i knew, the 1st church i went to is none other with City Harvest Church,which was located at Jurong West near NTU(they now moved to suntec), when Lennerd attempted to drag ting and myself there. It was founder's day during 2008. To me, CHC's sermons was like too hard and dull for me to catch, and someof their song was like..diao.using other ppl songs to praise jesus -.- (it seemed that they did this only on special occasions such as Easter or Christmas). ting did not attend lennard's cellgroup meeting, but i did attend his cellgroup meeting..Well, to be honest, i felt awkward and felt 'out of place' as well was pressured & stressed down there, they attempted me to convert to chirstianty in just one sermon that i attended, and did not explain the sermon to me, as i did not understand what the sermon was about. so in the end, i did not attend any of the services,leaving me a bad impression of chirstianty. Lennard attempted in vain to get me to go to their services for a few months before he gave up.
My bad impression of chirstanty ended when i met upon NISSI GAP, another of the cellgroup, this time from ImpactLive, which was based in Bukit Timah. i 1st met them during Joshua's 21st birthday party. my 1st impression was, they dun looked like as if they are from church and just like some other cool teens i always saw . They seemed easy to get along, but i only bothered to talk to Sam, pg and joshua,as i did not dare to open up to the rest at that time(I 1st met sam in a lan-gaming session back in 2010). ppl like peijun,bryan,szern, luwei, ewan, alexandra also did came as well.Little did i know that, my perception of them of being easy to get along was true in the few months to come..

During Easter, ping guang invited me over to Impactlive. I was at 1st hestitant,but agreed to take a look down there. At Impactlive, it was different from what i encountered back at CHC 3yrs back. Their sermons was easy to understand and NISSI Gap cellgrp members such as pg explained the sermon in such a way that i could understand better. Slowly in a few months' time, i eventually opened up to them and shared my problems with them, espically peijun,alexandra,shuen,szern,bryan,pg,roger,joshua,sam (i might as well say all). And even Sister wan ping, who was the so called big sister of impactlive, soon wanted to find out about me. I also encountered Rebecca, a former primary and secondary schoolmate of mine. She was a leader of her own cellgrp.
Funny, thinking back, i often thought that Alexandra was NISSI GAP's cellgroup leader as she often send reminders about sermon sessions, intially placing some of god's messages until i foun d out peijun was the leader some time later.
After attending one sermons after another, i decided that, Impactlive was to be the church i will visit and learn more about relationship with god and more..

There are reasons why i chose to be in Impactlive
-Impactlive always make alot of efforts to make newcomers welcome.
-The people down shown to be genuine about learning relationship with god and unlike some other big-churches,where there are ppl coming for the wrong reasons
-Paster Daniel was able to make preaches meaningful, interesting and can make it easy to understand, even from non-chirstians point of view
-Impactlive band performance was like a High school musical rock concert and all of their songs was original, not blindly using other ppl's song to praise god (:
-When it comes to tilts (correct my spelling), they are not too particular about the 10% 'quota', but Paster Daniel wants us to give willingingly and cheerfully.
-My cellgroup make me feel welcome, making me able to open up to them in time. i was never feeling stressed or pressured all these times with them.
-When i was struck down on shingles a few months back, they constantly asked me about my progress and i knew they often prayed for me. By this, i knew, that NISSI GAP members are concerned about each members' well being.
-I was able to learn alot from the past few sermons.
-There are cellgroups in other churches that will shut off contacts with you, or shun you if you dun attend just one of their meetings or sermons or just pressure you badly to come.Well,i'm proud to say that NISSI GAP did not do this to me as they are very understandable, as i only came to 3 of their lifegroup meetings so far, as i am very busy throughout my 3rd year of poly life(:
-My cellgroup always celebrated their members' I did recieve their card and several presents with them they celebrated my birthday.
A few of my friends were aware of that and asked me about it. It looks like impactlive was'nt famous. But i told them, a church like impactlive is not famous does not mean that it is not good, and famous churches may not be good. And there are always good chirstans like my cellgroup, as well as many others in Impactlive and other churches throughout singapore(:

Anyway, in conclusion, i came to the right church,right paster and right cellgroups.
Looking forward to their xmas bash( might not be able to eat dinner with them as i have sth on and i trust that they will understand),as well as the retreat at 31st Dec!Oh, i better finish off whatever assignment i have in the meantime.

Ok, it's been some time since i last posted, but in just a few moments,it will be start of a final semester,meaning this will be the last lap.If i can get thru this, the diploma is mine. Well, i have made it this far and i'm not holding back le. But then,i will soon miss those times in poly,just like how i missed those times in ITE

Going to taipei,taiwan was really an experience to have,espically visiting of night markets,scaling of Taipei 101,the 2nd tallest building in the world(fyi-you can only go up to the 91st storey, which is 390m-taller than the Empire state Building in New York,USA)

After some time with NISSI GAP, i soon realised that those ppl like Ryan,Szern,Sam,PG,peijun and others, i was able to open up even more.Oh, the Impact Live aka church serivce was back at Bukit Timah, shortly after my taiwan trip.It was more spacious than before and have a capacity to hold a single session, and always, the sermon never fail to amaze me. Well, it only makes me want to bond even more with them((:

When i came back to maplestory after the taiwan trip,it has changed ever since i logged in a few months back. Skillbooks and scroll's prices have soared.Can you imagine a 60% GFA for 25m, when it can be sold 12m just a few months ago?
Hackers are on a rampage, lagging the entire server and even crashed servers like bootes,izar, etc.
And yes, it also experienced one rollbacks after another, making maplers to lose billions of mesos and godly equipment.They conplained about it,sent enquires to ibox but,was in vain.i was unscathed though(as i was'nt active due to personal commitments and FYP to worry about)

On 31st Aug was our Last exam paper, which was Food packaging.well, needless to say, most of us smoked through the paper.After that paper,some of us went on to city hall area such as suntec city & Marina square to hang out and lepak-ed in some places like Mac. It was until evening when we joined with serena and comapny to a cafe at the SIngapore Flyer.The food there was impressive, but it was'nt cheap and not many choices available..We were there chit-chatting and chilled out all the way till nearly 10pm+ before heading off home..
It was also known that a number of us will be going overseas this coming holidays, including myself.Well, i'm off to Taipei,Taiwan for a couple of days and flying off this weekend((: Cant wait to see the Tapei 101,which was among the tallest building in the world.

It's been a while since i've last posted.
As the exams are drawing closer, which is scheuled to start next tues, as usual, we have a load of revision classes, unfortunely, i was struck down by this disease called shingles (Herpes Zooster. The chinese called it a snake disease or your body got snake), a disease which strikes only ppl who got chickenpox before. After chickenpox, the virus hides in the nerves, inactive untill the immume system went down due to a couple of reasons before it reactivates again to cause shingles.Whether how i got this diseases is confusing, as my parents say i've comsumed to high of the so-called 'heaty' foods.Doctor say i got it in a young age, as thus disease strikes at ppl over age 40+ due to stress.
Although the spots were'nt as much as those you will see in the internet, it was completely pain, itch and sometimes a electrical & burning sensation,which is beyond of that of chicken pox or what i've experienced, forcing me to miss 2 important presesntation and a couple of revision class and not able to concentrate to study for a period of time.
Currently i've recovered to a point that i will not infect other ppl, but i still feared that i might have spread it to other ppl as well(they get chickenpox instead,and those who got chickenpox before have nothing to be afraid about.), as some of my friends such as kiatlun did not hsve chickenpox before.I will find out only at next week, as chickenpox has a incubation period(In case you dunno, it means how long do you take to get the signs of the disease after being exposed to the disease) of 2weeks. Really, it's been very fustrating that my recovery speed is'nt as fast as i've expected, as shingles is expected to subside in 2weeks, and it's been 2 weeks already,although i did not feel any itch.
Ugh. Hopefully i can fully recover before the exams are over and not allow this disease to cost me the exam.Well, i better go off to study now!

Went class chalet last week, although this time, it was a one night's chalet. We went to aloha changi, the place where i once went during my ITE days.Did activites like going changi jetty to fish, play poker, watch movies, bbq-ing. Anyway, ppl like huiru, huiting, yinmun who were not expected to stay, stayed with us thru the whole night, almost not sleeping at all.

Of so many of the class chalets i went from 2008 till 2011,i shall give some 'facts'
- I only missed 2007's ite 1st class chalet due to chicken pox.
-Longest BBQ hours were at 2008 Chalet, from 5pm+ until around 12.30am
-Most activities in a class chalet were during the 1st poly chalet, 2009.(Night cycling,BBQ-ing,gg wild wild wet,gg buffet,play poker, true or dare..)
-Twice i almost spend the whole night awake were during 2009 & 2011 chalets.
-I only spent the whole night not sleeping at all at 2010 class chalet
-I stayed overnight at all of the class chalets, cos my place is too far from all of the chalets that i went so far.
-I spent the most amt of money during 2009 class chalet.
-2008's chalet is the only one that i went so far that other ppl not from our class attended the class chalet,e.g, Jean and Hanizah's bf.
-2011's chalet was the one where i was more active in helping out in organising the chalet.

The day after my class chalet, It was pg's enlistment day, ryan and myself went to tekong to take a look how our BMT barracks, food was like. In the bunk, there were mosquito nets, king coli mattress. As for the food? Practically chicken everyday. Anyway, this experience is useful myself and ryan to figure out how BMT life is like since both of us will be going there next year. Well, pg won't be booking out until 2-3weeks later.

Before Pg got enlisted, he intro me to gg church. However, i went there only for the true objective for bonding with his friends down there and i dun go as frequently as pg or joshua, such as ryan,joshua,samuel,josephine,Alexandra, lu wei & peijun. The Church service was totally different from the rest that i went so far..Imagining a church service using pop songs and 'live' rock performance to do the service and to praise god..(Mind you, i will never convert to chirstian,as the idea of reading of bible was too much for me to handle and i want to remain as a free thinker.). Usually after the service, we went off to some cafes to slack and chit chat before going elsewhere for dinner..

I really wish i have this move, called the shadow clone technique from the naruto series. It's a move that makes copies of the user and any experience the clones gain during their existence is transferred to the user once they are dispersed, meaning i will have a easier time multi-tasking in a short period of time..Since the fact that i have more work to do during the 3rd year.When the increasing amount of work was'nt enough, i have FYP to worry about.
School starts with two fewer ppl in my class. One is jinlee, who went off to Dalian, China for his OIP untill next week.He will be in the same class as the former 2B/02, where most of the ppl down there went off to Dalian(Eg, Yong Chiang,Junwen,Benjamin,Xinni,Charmine,Joel,Iqbal,Yishi,Nada,Jianhui and more).Fewer than 10 ppl like Edward, Weiguang,Janice, Jialin chose not to go and combined class with Verona,Pearlyn and Junice's class.The other, haiyan due to personal reasons, she had to return to china and only can continue her semester only this coming october.And, we are having the same lecture as DFST 3A/ 01 and 03.When my classmates were in the hall, we were surprised...that there are far more gals than guys!
As for now, i have two datasheets, one report( in progress), and a journal to go, two more datasheets to come this week.

Shortly after the celebration of joshua's birthday, ping guang somehow invited me to some church service in bukit timah, along with bryan, alex, samuel and many more. However, when i went there, this church service is got band rock. Can you imagine a church service having a band rock singing christian songs,making most ppl attending this service to dance? This service lasts for 2hours. We usually will go elsewhere to slack after this, then go bukit timah area for dinner. Yesterday, we went to a indian restaurant to have our dinner, and my gosh, they also sell western food products! And the indian curry is really nice. I heard that joshua did alot of stunts back in his camp(something that no one would even dreamt of doing that) and his time in taiwan,making him 'famous' in his camp.Ahh,did he never changed since graduating from ITE after all?
As for Apple (Shi Ting), i've heard that she's suffered from a series of medicial problems, as if her thyroid problems were'nt enough(This caused her BMR to go up to levels exceeding my own), rendering her unable to gain weight and having a miserable BMI of 15, she have clots in her brain, which make her more difficult memorising notes and a spine damaged to a point that she needs a support to keep her back upright.Scary,i better not slouch so much or risk ending up like her.Anyway, i hope her clot problems can be fixed..

Upcoming things to do this coming june holidays
-Class chalet(I need to figure out how to get there and print a copy of the booking document when we checked in. It's in aloha chalet, changi, where i went two years ago. This time, it's a 2day 1 night. I probably wont sleep though.Come on, who sleeps in a chalet all day long?)
-Sending pg off to NS in tekong, at the same time, i'm taking a look how tekong camp is like, as i will be there by next year.
-Study for MST!
-FYP experiments on my sausage products using vacuum packaging and MAP.

Over the last 3 weeks,i was attached to a spa company called ATOS wellness. The Head office was located somewhere at Tannery road, and it is'nt convient to get there. I was sorted at the Aldephi, located near City Hall mrt station. Like most spa companies, they offer massages, tightening of skin, facials, detoxes, selling some strange supplements. One that i noted, is to rub on the skin that can have a 'chilli' effect can break off the fat cells. To me, that is totally illogical, as fat cells can be destroyed at those means. Exams are finally over, along with year 2.Coming next week, it is ITP time,meaning that we will be going to be attached to various companies for 6weeks.SOme of us will be even going to other countries like Ireland,New Zealand,Vietnam for OITP. Having said that, i was attached to ATOS company,a company that is actually a spa and my jobscope is to do metabolic calculator,based on nutrition.

After ITP,the majority of 2B/02 will be going off to dalian,along with jinlee from our class.Like what Yong chiang have mentioned, ''Time flies, i guess our memories we had will stay on and we had great and fun times together.It is sad though and hope everyone will be doing as well as we manage to struggle through the semesters till now!''
True that time flies,ever since we first met each other.But as for my class,it will be only a matter of time before we have to part ways next year. Gonna miss ppl like joel and his company + Iqbal's...Well,memories are bound to stay on!

Been through CNY,and as usual,visiting relative's house to collect hongbaos,chatting with cousins and gamble(Before that,i went praying at the Hai Inn temple).My hongbao money collected was'nt as high as the last year,as i can't visit my granduncle's place as he has passed away last year(Thus his family cant celebrate CNY next year). Watched movies like SHaolin and It's a great world, which the latter movie talks about a certain attraction in Singapore which existed from the 1940s to 1978.Kinda remind my parents the old times down there..

After months of effort,all of the mini-project groups' sensory evaluation was completed! The last of the groups that did sensory evaluation,which was today, was jessie's grp and junyong's group which were doing the dessert types.And Coffee culture was offering us to do FYP projects down there at next semester.But,they only take in 9ppl at most(Which was 3 groups).

Last sat and sunday,i attended a leo club's even call Heal the Earth Event.It was originally at the padang,but as they were'nt allowed a permit down there,thus the venue was relocated to marina barrage.At this area,this was the ideal area for a picnic,as there are shops selling kites to fly kites down there,a view of the kallang basin and the sea which was not far away.But the cafe's food were almost twice the price of those you can see in normal foodcourts!
However,Marina barrage was'nt a very convient place to go to,as in order to go there,i need to alight from Marina bay MRT,then take bus 400 to go there(It comes every 30mins,miss it and you need to rot for 30mins at the bus stop).

Along with Jasmine-sp,last sat was simply a briefing.A briefing can take for several hours.wow.we are then sorted into different groups.I was placed in a group which needs to control the oncoming vehicles arriving to the carpark,while jasmine-sp somehow was placed in a group that packs the goodie bags.After the briefing,as we missed the bus,we had to walk all the way back to marina bay mrt along with a number of engineering guys.And that was a 30min walk.

During 23rd Jan,i had to catch the 1st MRT departing for jurong at 6am.and that was damn early.After reaching Marina Barrage,i simply started my job.I have to stop all vehicles to check if no unaurthoised cars have entered the carpark.However,as time goes by,Lon, who was the organiser,one moment telling us the public cant park inside the organiser's area, and the another moment,say they can park anywhere.i was like wtf?it was so damn confusing.in the end,we simply cincai do and by 10am,the carpark was full.My group then went to the rooftop to slack off.However,my group members left the area,one by one untill at the end of the day, only 3 out of 12ppl stayed till 5pm.Lunch was vegetarian food,and there was vegtarian bak kwa.
At the carnival, the stalls were simply selling organic foods,fertilisers,vegetarians.Among the stalls,there is one of them doing a free health check,measuring body fat %,weight and height,some of us actually went to do it.
Just before lunchtime,jasmine-sp and her friend called amanda was free enough to slack around with us for the rest of the afternoon..
Throughout the event,i could see dozens of volunteers slacking around and i soon found out that there was simply too many manpower,having almost 500-600ppl when they only need up to 300ppl.I really wonder why Lon was so kiasu to deploy so many ppl.And the goodie bag issue,tens of thousands were packed.However,about 6000 of them was left unused. At 1st,we were told to form a human chain to try to dispose them,but when we were told that the disposal trucks wont accept garbage which was'nt packed into boxes,the human chain become messed up.In the end, the goodie bags either put back in the warehouse,distribute to public or wasted.aww.what a waste of bags and effort as it took 2hours to pack 10000+ bags...
Many of us grew fustrated about the disposal of the goodies and simply left the area,leaving only a small number of the volunteers to handle them,as disposing or distributing the remaining 6000 goodie bags will take hours to complete...By then,it was 5.15pm when i left the area.

After school,i left SP to go to RP.The open house down there was kinda lively and Eliz went to find me.We then went off outside her classroom and it eventually led me to understand why RP's classes are among the most slack during the 1st year. Classrooms can be used by anyone,students can use the classroom from morning till 6 or 7pm,which depends if the faciliator is around anot.
Eliz and i competed on solo-ing of papu,a clock boss on maplestory.(Imagine a 151Dk vs a 13x XBM)And when I reduced Papu to B2,Eliz already started second round of papu,so it was obvious who won..We stayed hereall the way to 7pm befreleaving.

This week, i got back my MST results.Passed almost all except QAS,which the normal distribution curve i could'nt get a single mark.And although i passed my CEP,it was disapointting as there was one qn that i used the wrong formula,losing 6marks in the process.The rest is pretty ok though.

Oh,SP has started its open house and some of the exhibition is near T11A.Lively sight with the usual free popcorn and candy floss.Oh,i did not consume them as at that time,i have yet to fully recover from sore throat.

FlashBacks of 2010
It's 2011! Time flies,as it's seem only yesterday that the year 2010 started...to me 2010 was abit of this and that's year.Let me summarise why..

January:
It started off ok, as congrats to shi ting having her bf and celebrating 1st month anniversary,but they encountered several issues.One of them was none other than trust,as both of them did not trust each other well, which was the main cause why she ditched almost all of her friends(i will explain later).

Got back my mst paper.except for my microbio, the rest was cui,especially CPPB.
However,i was able to make a comeback for IO Chemistry in the subsequent class test though(:

Poly open house was just like the usual, i helped out at a thurs(cant recall the date),and i have to help to explain information about my course (DFST) like COP,what modules to study,what sort of future these graduates will have etc.I helped at the open house to 4hours. On the 2nd day of poly open house(fri),shi ting came to my poly, wanting to find out more information about the business courses in there.However, business courses down there have a low COP and need a pass in english.We went to foodcourt 2 to eat and went on to foodcourt 1 to find royston before moving on to NP.
NP was rather lively and the business courses' COP were lower than those in SP.we initially wanted to move on to NYP,but time's running out as shi ting needs to meet her bf.I accompanied her to admiralty to have dinner before i went home.

By the time it reached febuary,it was CNY,once again.as usual,i visited relative's house to get hongbao and played some cards,winning some money in the process.After CNY,exams are drawing near,after exams,i went out with shi ting for like a couple of times like gg to watch movies like Being Human,go bugis,IT show at Suntec.There are a few times her bf JC tagged along and i really dun like the idea of being playing the third party,but JC wanted me to tag along to find out more about me as i've been helping shi ting out of a tight spot several times.(there are times i backed out though).Later, shi ting adapted a new name called Apple.Did she adapt this name from a mediacorp artiste?
I forgot,shi ting's o lvl results was not what she expected due to her L1R4 and flunking of english,and got posted to NYP
Joshua asked me out to play another rounds of C&C generals:zero hour.This time,his skills has a improvement,but still dun have what it takes to beat me(:

By the time it reached April,i got back my exam results: barely managed to scrape though.my gosh. And i was selected to help out in the Orientation,along with cm,kiat lun,jinlee etc.If i dun rmb wrongly,i did with cm in DFST class.the orientation was just like 2009's.

At the start of 2nd year,three new ppl came to my class,who came from jc.The 1st one i knew was zixi,a short hair and tanned gal.Looked kinda sporty to me.At that time,jinlee was 1st selected to be class rep and he was introducing all of us to zixi.However, he did not want to be class rep and once more,i was the class rep -.-
The other two,Haiyan and weiying whom i only get to find out during the 1st practical of a certain practical.Haiyan was from china who came to SG only last year,and weiying,who was a pretty tall gal,only second to huiting,was my age,who was'nt able to do well in her A lvls,despite retaking it once.
At DFST 01,edward was the new student in their class.He just ORD from NS after taking A levels.
New modules to study like Biochemistry,food chemistry,Process instrumentation,food microbiology, food preservation and etc.
By the time it reached june and shortly after my MST,Fifa world cup(hosted in S.africa) came.Quite a number of ppl in my class watched it,despite kick off times at 7.50pm,10pm and 2am(SG time).For the 1st time,Host and defending champions like South Africa and Italy was'nt able to go on to knockout stages.France's team was unpopular after the team simply refused to train just before a impt match.They could'nt win a single match and even lost to south africa.
Korea DPR(N.korea) put up a good fight against brazil but got pawned by portugal and ivory coast.
Korea Republic although got pawned by argentina,but drew with nigeria and won with greece.
USA tied with England(the rest i cant rmb)
And the famous Paul the octopus,which can predict the correct outcome of the matches.
SPain won the cup anyway...

It was during this time my class have another chalet at aloha-loyang(near coasta sand resort(Organised by Junyong and peggy),where we have our 1st chalet).All came except esther,haiyan and alicia(backed out at last minute by flying aeroplane,despite many calls and sms jasmine-sp did) it was from 21-23june 2010.And it has been several years since i did not sleep for a night though(Many of us only slept at 3-4am+).2nd night we went to tampines for dinner,went back and drank merry,ending up peggy,zixi,jenny got drunk.Kiat lun nearly got drunk though,however,on the 1st night,he was able to cook a nice instant noodles for us though.
1st night,ppl like huiyi,jasmine-sp,myself,kiatlun,jinlee,cm stayed up late enough to see jinxiong off as he went back home only at 6am. Weiying only came at 2nd day afternoon as she was at overseas untill 21june.

July came and our mst results are out.Argh.many ppl failed PI mst,including myself.However,many of those who failed are able to pass during the retake of the mst paper.
August was nothing special,and as usual,exams are coming.as usual,i often came to school to study,sometimes studying with dfst 2a/01 ppl like jun wen,joel,boon siang,jian hui,weiguang,edward.

Between July- December, there are ppl like Wen qing,Isabelle & Kingsley attempted to recuit me into MLM companies (Multi Level Marketing).Wq was only partially successful,as i wasted 60bucks for nothing but a dumb membership but i did not work there ever since,as it was too far from my place,and i did not like the way how enyouth(one of the MLM companies Wq was in)operates,how they recuit ppl and does to earn money
(Rmb sunshine place,a infamous MLM which got into trouble with the law?).And my friends like Junyong,Chon mun,Edward and weiying warned me against working there.As i backed out from working there,making Wq's efforts in vain,despite numerous attempt to ask me back.
It was during aug i started to do something about my weight,and with the help of exercising,green tea(not commerical ones) and abit of dieting,i managed to lose weight from 78kg to 66kg by october.
During the exams,except the PI paper,i did not struggle in any of the papers(: and surely,the results came out,having fared better than year 1^^
During the sept-october holidays,i found a job at F1, recemmended by huiyi.It was cleaning work=.='' and huiyi and her friends backed out,not wanting to work anymore on the 1st day.As usual,there are ppl my age group simply did not want to work there.My workplace was at Turn 2,and by the time it was Day 2,Only beeboon and myself were the only ones in my age group left in Turn 3 area

Advantage?i was able to see F1 cars racing and the managers in certain suites are kind enough to give us free drinks and sandwiches((: Day 2& 3,beeboon and i looked after VIP toilets.there was a uncle who helped us alot..Anyway,the pay was worth the 3days and beeboon was 2yrs younger than myself and was studying at ITE.

Somehow,i was re-introduced back to bowling by huiyi.As i did not bowl for nearly half a yr at that time,i started off badly but with the help of aldin(who will later be huiyi's bf),my skills was able to improve.Weiying at that time was a first timer but with aldin's help,she caught up very quickly.We somehow 'passed' the skills to haiyan and esther during 1st week of sem 2.

Weiying introduced me SP leo club to me and i joined.I took part in activities like collection of recyclable items at boon lay area,and the world diabetes day event near NYP

2nd semester,i was still the class rep,kiatlun still the class treasurer.Believe it anot,he can manage the class fund well(:
Jasmines-sp was the assistant class rep and was able to help me in alot of things^^
Well 2nd semester have Modules like Food development & design,food process,nutrition,CEP etc.Got one module that gets to eat and do project!
Oh,it was because of Nutrition and Food microbio that i knew what i wanted to be in the near future.
The mini project,was coffee based drinks,desserts and ice blended ones.I recall how hebin and tony 1st explained to us about different types of coffee beans to us and let us sample different beverages at biopolis,where coffee culture were initally.They eventually set up another branch at innvo village,where it was more easier to obtain materials for our mini-project.
Junyong's grp(where i was in) and jessie's grp did coffee-based desserts
Huiyi's grp and Serena's grp did beverages
Kiatlun's grp did ice-blended beverage(Believe me,they progressed faster than the rest of the group)

My group was'nt able to bake the desired products that we want by having the coffee taste untill we came up with another recipe.

December came.
After MST,we went to Marche,a swiss al-carte restaurant.The cheese pasta and the dessert makes it worth the spending to me,although the total costs mounted up to 22bucks.After marche,we went window shopping at various malls at somerset and orchard untill at night.(that was like for 3-4hours of walking),but not before Joshua-sp,kiatlun,me,yinmun,huiting,huiru and qiaoxin went to crystal jade to have dinner,eatting dim sum, and some fried rice & noodles.
At Marche(jinxiong,esther,jasmine-sp,weiying did not turn up due to various reasons)

Science centre trip the following day

By the time it reached late december,another class gathering,this time it's xmas celebrating at coffee culture.Did gift exchange though.

As for 2011's resolutions
-Strive for better results
-Not lose anymore friends
-Learn how to multi-task better.

Hi, sorry for not updating for so long.And 2010 is ending soon.
First,i'm gonna talk about the progress of our mini-project.after so many times of trial baking using the tart based recipes without making any progress(the exception is the pastry part with the horlicks addition,the crust was more crispy),chon mun came up with a new recipe, we are a step closer to success!Now,all we need to do is to improve the recipe which we will be doing till this thursday of this week. Press on guys! we can do it! We have till feb to finish it.

Despite the busy scheules we have lately, huiyi was able to set aside some time to play bowling with weiying,myself and of course her bf aldin.

Before mid december, we have our MST, in my opinion, i kinda screwed up badly for Food product & design and QAS. And although i could do CEP, i did'nt have time to finish the last question.aww damn, 8marks gone just like that.And as for engineering maths, it was youtube that helped me to revise.Nutrition was ok though. After MST, me and some of my classmates went to marche at somerset. It was a swiss restaurant that requires a card to order food and the food was cooked on-the-spot.The pasta was impressive,and so were the desserts!It was worth the 22bucks anyway.AFter this, we went to walk around somerset and orchard road untill nearly 9pm+.

The following day,some of us went to science centre.The csi exhibition showed us about crime scene and how even a small clues like a strand of hair or bloodstains is enough to solve crimes.Other than that, there was'nt much special about the science centre.

Kingsley was damn annoying lately. He kept pestering me to go to enuos to meet him for lunch(he called me for like,countless times for 3months till now), which i suspected that he was working in a MLM, which 'specialise' in ion water and want to pull me to work there.Morever,i dun recall that enuos have areas that have good food. And he got the nerve to ask me pass him my friends' hp no to grab more ppl.i ignored his request(That's wishful thinking for him, as my friends are not stupid enough to fall on this trick and the same trick does not work on me twice.)

As for the xmas gathering, it was held in coffee culture.Lazy to type out the details. But we have present exchange.I shall list some.
Yinmun gave me a sports water bottle
CM gave shopping vouchers to huiyi
i gave pen holder to haiyan
Jasmine-sp gave a mug to cm.
And thanks to Hebin,Tony and Clement for helping to organising this sucessful gathering as they helped ordered the xmas food,helped us cover some of the expenses and lending us the coffee culture space for us!

It's been a long time ever since i updated my blog, due to an overwhelming amount of work lately...did went for events like diabetes walk,well this was a short one and kinda easy job. After that, i went to the exhibition centre, which shows about diabetes. I was tested for blood glucose though. 5.0 & 5.5mmol/L, the latter after i ate sth.( That's within healthy range)
After seeing one exhibition area which shows a list of food. i was shocked that tom yam soup contains a very high of cholesterol )):

Mini project was coffee based beverage, ice-blended ones, or dessert. My grp, along with jessie's grp was dessert. Serena's & Huiyi's grp did beverage while kiatlun's grp was ice-blended.

Coffee culture, which was at inno village has opened it's doors, selling coffee beverages, sandwiches & cakes(not selling untill official opening next monday)

As for OITP and OTP programmes, it looks like i will give them the miss though.

Ytd after school, went bowling with huiyi,aldin and weiying..after that, i left for coffee culture to slack and saw serena's grp learning how to brew a good coffee((:

Attended the job search talk organised by jobscentral with Jasmine-sp,Weiying & esther today.It was all about how to write a resume, handle interviews.Initially i looked like i was going to doze off due to the air con out of nowhere...OMG.That's embrassing..

A new school term has begun..T11B was just completed,so My class, along with DFST 2B/01 are the 1st DFST batch to use this area. 1st week le,and we already knew which assignments and project we need to do,and were placed in different groups from last time...
Anyway, alicia and alison were revealed to be sick during the exams and have to defer modules...
After school,i went with huiyi,weiying,haiyan and esther to bowling.This time, it costs $6 for 3games,higher than holidays, but lower than the local bowling centres that you usually find. As esther and haiyan went bowling for the 1st time, it took all of us an hour to clear the 1st game and they struggled. However, haiyan was able to grasp the concepts and was able to keep up with huiyi,weiying and myself at the 3rd game.I went library with esther and weiying to print notes,dined at foodcourt 3 before going home..

Went Bowling with huiyi,weiying and adin at SP, well SP bowling centre is only for SP students, and 5games can cost us $7.50.That's very cheap compared to other bowling centres that i went before.
Due to my loose pants, i struggled at the first game(3 times in a row that i could'nt hit a single pin), but when adin borrowed me his belt, i was able keep up with huiyi and weiying for the next 4games.Bowled till 3pm+, and went on to Lot 1 with weiying for some time before going home.

And as for GEMs, i was'nt able to register as it is said that we dun have to take GEMs and priority will be given to year 1 students.Well, i shall try again on the next appointment..
School will start next week.Time flies..

Oh, Kingsley out of nowhere tried to jio me out to Enuos for lunch. Funny. Why among all places, why must it be there? And i re-called that is a MLM company selling 'ionised' water at a insane high price.Knowing it might be another ploy to drag me to MLM company,so i rejected him again and again until he gave up.

3rd Day and Last day of work...
As usual, we were supposed to report at 7.30am, but i came here at 7.40am instead. However, as most of the others were still hanging around, so it was'nt a concern. Bee Boon only arrived half an hour after i came, as she went back home to take her handphone.
The day started like yesterday, but lunch was served by Hot & Spicy fish and cabbage. Saw Junyong at the staff canteen.It turned out that he was working for F&B, checking if the food is suitable for consumption and the Malay aunties were transferred somewhere else or fired, having only one malaysian indian auntie to take over them.

At 2pm, visitors started to arrive and bee boon and i was kept busy until 6pm+, when we were able to slack abit, and witnessed Gurkha police being deployed, Police checking EVERY vehicles coming into the F1 park, and even seeing PM Lee's car arriving to the park, hearing Adam Lambert's song, whose performance were at the Village Stage, which was not far away from us. By the time Sean Kingston's performance started, we were able to do one final checking of toilets before bee boon and i went to watch Sean's Performance, walked around the F1 village.(i revealed those singers' performance timings to bayleen,who went to F1 park to watch the race at the Pit Grandstand with her friends and family though)

2nd Day of work...

I was supposed to come at 7.30am outside F1 park, so i simply did as i was told. Soon, more people came but in Turn 3 area, Randy and Shariff decided not to continue working and it is clear that Bee Boon and me were the only young people left in Turn 3 and 2 malay aunties took over. Still, we were thinly spread out as i have to took after the male toilet near the suites, which was near to the female toilet where Bee Boon have to look after, and the malay uncle had to look after 2 toilets, one near the suite and the other at downstairs.Ugh, i don't understand why the Malaysian Indian supervisor have to put me at the toilet, just because ytd i was working here and there, finishing many jobs he assigned me to do in a short period of time(That was because i can slack more,of course i did that fast and carefully.)

Looking after the Toilet near the suites proved to be damn slack in the morning, apart from mopping,sweeping the toilets, making sure there was enough toilet paper and wiping papers in the toilet, i spend half of the morning talking to Bee Boon, which also finished doing the female toilet near the suites in a short period of time. My boss, who was a chinese saw that but he was'nt bothered about it as we are supposed to be on standby near the toilets and there was'nt any poeple at this hour. Mr Alex, who was in charge of all the Suites saw that but he too did not bother us as he was told that he was NOT supposed to ask us to go to the suites to do any form of cleaning, leaving the toilets unattended. The Malaysian indians, including the supervisor himself went off to clean the Grandstands, clear all rubbish near the grandstands. The chinese uncle, who worked in this job before, went to work at the suites and the 2 malay aunties went and vacuum the 2nd floor suites' floor, which took 3 hours to vacuum 3 rooms and were always stick to each other, were revealed to being scolded by Mr Alex for slow work.

This time, we were issued lunch coupons. Our boss told Bee boon and me to have our lunch 1st at 11.45am. Lunch was Hainanese Chicken rice with vegetable. Bee Boon simply gave all of the vegetables to me, as she did'nt like to eat them. We simply took our own sweet time, using the whole of one hour before going back to work.

After checking the toilets to make sure it is in a good coniditon, we simply slacked around near the toilets again, as there was still few people using the toilets. Some managers of certain suites saw us, and gave us some drinks and sandwiches, especially one of them, who found out that we are the only young people remaining, motivate us to work harder..

At around 3.30pm, Porsche Carrera started their qualifing race. Bee Boon and i decided to take a look for awhile. This time, about a dozen of them were in the circuit, racing one another trying to qualify for the race. Porsche Carrera was'nt as noisy as GP2 or F1. By 4.30pm, GP2 started their 1st race. Like Porsche Carrera, a dozen cars raced one another to attempt to win to progress to the 2nd race. Bee Boon decided to go to the sky suite to watch. I tagged along, leaving the toilets to the care of the chinese uncle, bringing along rag with me.We were nearly seen by Mr Alex and we have to use another way to the Sky suite. We watched for half an hour before going back. Unfortunely, we were caught red-handed by the Malaysian Indians and got a long nagging session, saying not to watch the race, despite them later going to watch the race themselves(They are simply calling the kettle black huh?)

At 7pm, F1 started their practice. This time, Bee Boon and i used a area close to the toilets and watched, while trying to look after the toilets and not get caught. Those indians went somewhere and watched also

By this time, many visitors have arrived, using the toilets we have to look after and we ended up not able to watch much of the practice session of F1 and have to keep going thru and fro the toilets many times. It was untill 7.50pm that we were able to go home, but bee boon and i decided to walk around the f1 village for awhile. There was a F1 simulator, 2 gals that was 'taller' than us walking around the area,several shops selling F1 clothes, caps and jackets, but they cost a bomb! There were many shops selling drinks but one can of coke can cost you $3.00,1 cup of beer cost you $10.00!
The Suites often cooked food that is of very high-class though. The malay aunties looked after one female toilet, which was the other side of where we looked after our toilets..2ppl looking after one female toilet, they are simply asking for a scolding from Mr alex and our boss as only one person is supposed to look after one toilet...and it did happen.

It was only at 8.10pm when bee boon and i left the F1 park. By then, the F1 qualifing race has started..

1st Day of working at F1 park- Rached Nicoll Highway MRT station at 7.30am, 30mins late. However, there were a lof of people waiting. Our employer briefed us a while later and led us into the F1 park and was spilt into zones like Pit area, Block A,B,C, Turn 1,2,3 and Gov. Turn. I was allocated to Turn 3, along with Huiyi,Ziana,Rachael and 6 others.
At the area,i did cleaning of Grandstand,cleaning of glass panels, vacuuming of the floors at suites. Initially there was alot of people doing at Turn 3 area( Total of 8young adults like huiyi,ziana,rachael,myself,randy,shariff,bee boon and one other of her friend whom i dunno her name, along with several uncles and malaysian indians(They are transferred from Changi airport)
1st day was more tiring, but as there are many people around, the job was done in a faster rate. However,Bee Boon's friend decided to quit about 3hours after it started, despite the fact that she was supposed only to maintain the toilet at Turn 3's suites.Lunch was delayed due to our boss not able to obtain the coupons for the staff canteen and he have to go and buy takeaways from the nearest foodcourt for us.
So,Huiyi had to take over her during the afternoon as Bee Boon's friend left.
At around 3.15pm, while i was cleaning up the seating area near the suites, GP2,which are the smaller version of F1, began to race along the marina bay circuit(training session). Eagering to watch, i purposely slowed down my work speed and worked and watch those cars racing at the same time. It ended at 4.30pm. By then,i have already finished my work.

Getting bored, i ran back to the toilet area and slacked off for a short time, before walking around the Turn 3 area to see if there was any work for me. Sure enough, A waiter from Sky suite told me that the tables need drying, as there was a rain some time ago just before GP2 practice session ended. The floors also require cleaning. So i simply went up there to do the job
By this time, Huiyi,Ziana and Rachael also decided to quit and left the area, leaving Randy to take over Huiyi to look after the toilet.
While i was drying up the tables and sweeping the floor,F1 cars began to start their practice sessions. Among those cars, they mainly came from Ferrari and Redbull teams. Like what i did a few hours ago, i slowed down my work and watched and worked at the same time. it was thrilling to watch those F1 cars racing along turn 2 and 3, which are said to be the crucial areas to overtake one another.And the engines are very ear piecing(Damn Loud!!). It last untill 6.45pm which they took a break for awhile before training again.
By this time, Bee boon, who was taking care of the female toilet at the opposite side of where Randy was standing, also wanted to watch. I simply told her to get a rag,followed me to the sky suite. I simply told her to pretend to clean the railings while watching. She went there for like 15-20mins beofore going back to take care of the toilet, as she could not afford to leave the toilet unattended. A uncle told her there was a area near those toilets that can watch those F1 cars training..

I stayed there for 7.40pm, yet i was not caught as they knew i was supposed to be there ((:
By 8.10pm, we were able to go home. Little did i think that tml there will be far fewer people which i will post soon!

The 3 days, btw 24/9/2010 to 26th/09/2010, i worked in F1 for the waste management. Instead of using tongs to pick rubbish as stated, it was a far different job, depending where you are allocated.

Some Rules and regulations
-Do not go Kallang river and EMO!
This is crazy, who will go so far just to emo when there is toilet for you to hide and emo?

-Do not watch any races directly
Just pretend to work and watch the race at the same time, and any one will just close one eye to it.But in pit area, it is very hard to use this trick without being detected.

-No consumption of alcohol
Imagine a drunk worker cleaning.This is crazy.

-Do not take any drinks or food from the suites!(Unless the staff give you)
Those foodstuffs are for those VIPs,visitors and other managers. NOT for us.Unless the suite managers give you, then no one will bother about you.Oh, want food and drink?take from staff canteen.there have free flow of biscuits,bread and pure drinking water.

-No sleeping is allowed!

-No phototaking of the F1 circuit is allowed.

-Commit all 3 days in order to get your pay.
Unfortunely, there are people who decided not to work anymore after just one day.Well, it occurs in Turn 3,where i was allocated.I will explain in later post. Those who nv commit all 3days, no pay is given.

-Stay where you are allocated in at ALL TIMES.

-Eat only at the staff canteens

Breach any above 6 rules and get caught, and you will be fired and escorted out of the F1 park straight away.SPDS claimed that they have 100ppl to replace who quit or got fired,but they do not replace all of those who did not want to continue working or got fired after 1st day.

However,people like me and bee boon breached this rules but did not get fired due to being allocated to turn 3.
-Watching races
-Not staying where we were allocated to at times
-Eating outside the staff canteen.

Some staff i encountered

SPDS Staff- They are the ones who recuited us and briefed us. But i hardly see them when working...

Malaysian Indians- They are transferred from Changi Airport, T1. Hence they are very proficient in cleaning of rooms and toilets, rubbish disposal. BUT, as they are so used to being ordered around, they attempted to order some of us around, despite the fact they are in the same working position as us, except the one who is our supervisor, but often 'took sides' with his buddies.. They could speak malay, english and tamil.

Boss- he's in charge of where we are allocated.The turn 3 building.

Mr Alex- A angmoh wearing a shirt writing 'Promoter',who is in charge of the Turn 3's suites.As he's very straight foreward person, the Malaysian Indians were afraid of being scolded by him.

Chinese uncle- Although i do not know his name, he worked for SPDS(the company who recuited us) as F1 cleaner-part time since last year, hence he knows alot of experience as this F1 cleaning servicer, giving us alot of advice, espically me and bee boon.

Randy & Shariff- They are classmates in TP. Both quitted after 1st day of work.

Ziana & Rachael- Secondary schoolmates of Huiyi. Like Huiyi, they quitted after 1st day of work.

Bee Boon- The only other 'young adult' who worked with me to the end of 3rd day of work.

Areas where alot of people are allocated.

Pit Area- Located near the start point of the F1 race.It is said that many SPDS people patrol this area very frequently, and the suite managers are known to be very stingy and have zero tolerate of any sign of laziness..Improper working practice,you will be scolded like hell, like not mopping of floor properly,not working fast enough.Slacking,direct watching of race is enough to be sacked as they will usually take your photo,send to boss and you are fired, no question asked.
This area, although you can see many F1 drivers or VIPs, this area is NOT recemmended for people who liked to slack around.More than a dozen people recuited from SPDS like us are sent to work are allocated to this area.
How to recongise them? Simple,usually we wear this tag..

But the difference is,They have their pictures attached, replacing the 'C' sign,making others easy to know their names.This area got more than twice of work than those in Turn 1,2 and 3, as the grandstands and suites are larger than any other areas of the F1 park. Most of them tend to get others to go to the staff canteen to bring takeaways to the pit areas for lunch, as the pit area is too far away from the staff canteen(10-15mins of walking time to reach there.)
In conclusion,Those working at Pit area have the most work to do, are being watched by many people- SPDS staff, suite managers,boss of suites, boss of the Pit area.There is no way that you can slack around,watch race and not get caught.

Block A,B,C- Those working there need not to worry about rain or shine, but the building is longer than the one in Turn 3, What i know is, this area is close to the Pit road and mopping/Sweeping from one side to another could take a longer time than the building in Turn 3.Unlike other areas, they are not dismantled after the race.

Turn 1,2,3- The area where i worked. This area is near the first three turns of the circuit. There are suites, grandstands. The suite managers are not stingy and more lenient than those in Pit area, and you will hardly see any SPDS people patrolling this areas. But it does not mean that you can slack all day long though.They are close to the staff canteen,making it convient for those working there.
-Those working there can afford to slack around as you are not being watched frequently, but it depends on the timing and where you slack.Using the trick of working and watching races works, as i did it many times and only got caught by the malaysian indians once-explain in later post

It's have been weeks ever since the new semester started and the fifa world cup 2010 ended(Spain won the cup).Passed my biochem mst and my PI(Process Instrumention) passed only after a retest, along with many of my friends like kiatlun,chonmun,weiguang,jessie,huiyi,jasmine,huiting,junwen & joshua(imagine 25ppl out of 50ppl in both 01 and 02 failed?Poor Mr anthony chau has alot of explaination to do because of that)..but the max marks we can get is just 50%,but better than a fail right?

There are many things that bothers me, but the most recent one was my granduncle, who has passed away due a disease. he was 82yrs old..i'm gonna miss him...

Another 2weeks and it's YOG holidays..Now have more confidence for the food chem retest,which due to the water content calculation that cost me this mst..hmmph, i'm not going to commit the same mistake again..

And this thurs is BIA test and i only studied 2chapters out of 5!! OMG.but tml got presentation...

After the usual practical session(This week was Biochemistry),i went to a talk session seminar along with my class,the speaker was Sir dunno-what-name,but i know he was a high ranking official from New Zealand.talking about educational relations of SG and NZ and how it can be improved and said about education in NZ.well,NZ is a good place to study,but exactly how many ppl could go there and study?how many could afford those fees?what about the housing and food fees?There was a tea reception and initally we were not willing to eat the food,but Mrs Ser allows us to do so.the smacks are sweet...althought the bacon was nice.the cakes and chocolates were taken in no time.
As for the SIFST talk seminar session,only the guys+wei guang from 2a/01,along with esther,huiyi,jasmine-sp,zixi went for the SIFST talk.we thought tat it's going to have alot of ppl,but surprising,we were the only students to attend the talk =.=.met mr richard khaw(he was my overall in charge of my nyp attachment during my ite time).The speaker was Professor Emmeritus,who was a retired person was highly experienced about food security.the speech was more interesting than the last and what's more surprising was,although the talk was held in the room in a SP restaurant,the dinner was'nt a buffet,but restaurant food((:. althought it was nice,but there was'nt any dessert ):

For now,it's the 3rd week of school...As a 2nd yr student,as wat aloysius had told me the previous semester,yr 2 will be more stressful den yr 1 and i have already got a high amt of work to do..GEMs was alright,and my timetable was more packed den ever..
the F&N foodfair at Expo i went a week ago was like,wow.So many types of food from all over the world(E.g. USA,Australia,Argentina,Taiwan,China,Venzula,SG etc.)i rmb tat i went there till 6pm before i went home..Well,shortly before school term starts,there are rumours tat Lesile from my buddy class tat he was dropped out.Although i was not totally surprised by tat as his fb proile was flooded by games,and his classmates often told me tat his gpa is among the lowest in his class,i saw him at the 1st day of school,well still abit of a unfriendly type,no offence(tat's my impression since i was in GEMs class as him).And,there are 3 of the new classmates from JC.They are quite ok though,one is from China(her eng is quite ok).From what i heard from Wei ying,it seems like From JC to uni(revelant course) is not as easy as wat we think,as we often think tat go JC=easy go uni.but i was wrong, as gg to sciences courses in Uni need to be at the top in order to go in and not slack through 2yrs of JC
Saw Kai Hsun at Sp,now at chemical engineering.He's now fully recovered from cancer after a yr of treatment and finally could enjoy school life,and is as friendly as ever(:

It's been some time tat i last blogged..

It's been 13hours since JPAE posting results' been out..Kenneth was'nt able to go to poly after all,as he was a ex poly student(Ex poly students had a hard time gg to poly as slots will only be given to them after O lvls,ITE ppl and foreigners are slotted)
But it seemed tat Business courses in ite needed an high gpa in order to go on to a poly due to high competition and a lot of students taking the business courses in ite.Eg-farhan,vinoth,lester,zoe,jeremy got 3.5> to go on to a poly.Even ppl like vivien who got 3.0,had to appeal to secure a place a nyp and is now currently studying here.As for joshua,who got a gpa lower than 2.0,the outcome is obvious and is gg ns soon.SO many of my frens came from business ite course who went on to poly are at least 3.0 and above.Kinda tough...Bayleen's course got like 14 classes in her course in Bishan ITE campus alone.(Assume a average of 30ppl per class,then 30x14= 420,wa.4 times more than my BCT cohort in 2007 batch tat graduated)imagine if we calculate all of the business courses in the whole of ite in SG,total number might be close to a thousand students.No wonder her gpa wasn't enuff to go poly and need appealing..hope her appeal might be successful,just like vivien's(former sec sch classmate)^^
Mr YR- Ur gpa of 2.8 is alright,u still got 2nd yr to go,Jiayou and get 3.0> (:

Compare to those from my course(BCT-Biochemical technology),we are more fortunate,only needing to compete with AFS(i heard approx 12% out of 8x ppl made it to poly) and CPT.In BCT, almost 45ppl out of 102ppl made it to poly(i even heard 2.3 also can go rp.amazing,but those gg poly mostly are 3.0>).So to my juniors from BT or CT(ITE),if u think competition in AHS is high enuff,what about courses like SICT,Business?they have students several times more students than those in AHS trying to get a place in poly.(Well today's event reminds me of how i see my JPAE results an yr ago,i recalled i viewed it by using ting's HP and was surprised tat i can secure a place in sp instead of nyp i predicted..)

Got back my results(SP)a week ago.by right i should have said it earlier but i was too lazy to even blog for the past few days..relieved tat i can actually pass my engineering maths(Thought i will fail) and CPPB(Jin lee was right all along,the DFST teachers won't fail us so easily since the paper was pretty straight forward and there will be no CPPB after our batch le) Mircobio was alright but the disappointing module was IO chemistry,instead of the B i wan to obtain..i got a cui grade.sigh.
Grats to jordan to clear his modules(CPPA and AP Chem) but sadly,one of them(not saying who) in my class had to repeat modules...sigh.
Well if next sem is Stage 2A,i wont have much of a prob in those modules,but they are more in depth as in the details...time for a comeback!(:

And the holidays are like...damn sian..rotting at home almost everyday..sigh.for the 1st time in all holidays i have,i wished tat school will start asap.And faster the sch notes come out!i wanna read them!haha(:

Ytd went Bukit Timah with Sam,Joshua,Pg(aka Patrick).went to lan with them and played alive or dead(wa lao.i dunno how to play sia)and went on playing C&C Generals:Zero Hour with Joshua,with me winning him every game.
Seriously,i felt tat this Pg had nv changed much ever since i last saw him nearly 2.5yrs ago.When i heard Pg had to repeat a module,i was like...surprised..such a smart person can repeat?and he does'nt seem to wan to tell us his GPA..well he's speaking more english..-.-'',even to me also,when he knows tat i dun speak eng often.wth man.
Speaking of his 'still the same character',i was referring to that he does not seem to have many frens and often indulge in com gaming(he played thrice the no of games of wat i played,but seriously,i'm too lazy to even bother to play this many games),watch anime all these...

The Straits Times understands that the latest joint bid by the telcos was rejected recently by Fifa.

The war memorial

Went with Ting and JC to the IT Show at Suntec.AS expected,there were alot of ppl inside,wanting to take a look at the computers and other electronic devices and we have to squeeze out way through.After that,we went on to Suntec shopping mall and eventually to the War Memorial(with the help of JC's iphone GPS as we had no clue how to get to the war memorial initally),where the brave soldiers are remembered who died while trying to defend SG from the japanese at world war 2.We slacked there till 8pm+ and walked ard city hall mall area before going home at 9pm+

MITSUBISHI Electric Asia, for whom film-maker Jack Neo has been endorsing the popular StarMex air-conditioners, has decided to end its working relationship with him.

The announcement came after news of Neo's adulterous affair with a 22-year old model broke last Saturday.

A spokesman for Mitsubishi Electric told Life yesterday: 'The company is in the midst of withdrawing all advertising materials using Jack Neo in them.'

Neo has been advertising the air-conditioners for at least two years. The advertisements have appeared on television and taxis.

The Mistubishi spokesman added: 'We will not be renewing our engagement agreements with J Team Productions.' J Team is Neo's production company which also does talent management.

But other advertisers who have worked with the 50-year-old Cultural Medallion recipient are keeping their options open. Maid and foreign worker agency Jack Focus Helpers is still using his photographs on the main doors of its three offices in Bukit Timah Shopping Centre, Katong Shopping Centre and Hougang Green Shopping Mall.

JACK Neo, Singapore's most successful film-maker, has confessed to a two-year affair with a freelance model less than half his age after the young woman exposed it by showing up at his Pasir Ris semi-detached home.

Chinese evening daily Lianhe Wanbao said Miss Wendy Chong, 22, was upset that Neo, 50, had apparently lied to her and demanded to see his wife on Friday. Neo met Chong when she got a bit role as a nurse in his movie, Money No Enough 2, two years ago, and has a meatier role as Mark Lee's sister-in-law in his latest film, Being Human, which opened on Thursday, said The New Paper on Sunday.

The 1.63m tall model said Neo took her on trips overseas, including Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia. 'I would go shopping while he work. After he finished his work, we would meet up and enjoy our time together,' she told TNP on Sunday.

Lianhe Wanbao said she had tried calling Jack several times on Friday but he did not answer her calls. She then went to Jack's home at about 3 pm and waited till he returned home. She told him she wanted to go in and talk to his wife, Madam Irene Kng, 46. To her surprise, Neo let her into the house and called his wife to come downstairs.

Chong said Madam Kng's reaction to her husband's affair shocked her. 'She asked me, 'What do you want?' She said that she did not care about who Jack involved with as she was content that she loved him.' The three of them later left for a meeting in a restaurant at Changi Airport's Crowne Plaza Hotel in a car driven by Madam Kng.

Jack admitted to Lianhe Wanbao that he was at fault, adding that he felt terrible but had been unable to end the affair as Chong had threatened to harm herself, and that he was worried that his wife could not forgive him.

Initally want to go Jurong pt with ting,but due to pictures needing to be taken to make ez-link card/student pass for ting,we changed to causeway point instead.so ting went there to take the pictures,lunch-ed at CWP and shopped there until i saw my parents(i dun understand why they dun like the idea of me hanging out with her,even though ting's changed her ways..sigh.)..den went on to watch the movie called Being human.A very funny movie,but quite meaningful though.JC somehow tagged along due to being upset over his work and ting called him to come to cheer him up.(Hope he could soon and find a new work soon).After movie,went accarde and went on to a nearest park near CWP to slack till 8pm,before going back to ut foodcourt to dine before going back home at 9pm+

After CPPB paper,we went to Orchard there to have our sushi lunch at Suki Sushi,there have many types of sushi and japanese food...out of 23ppl,13ppl went as Hui Yi was'nt interested in sushi,Ching Ping & Huiru nv go,Jinxiong,Jasmine(sp) and Jessie have sth on,Alicia...as usual she ran off with her sis before we could even approach them
The food was like nice((: but we ate until bloated...from 12.15pm all the way till 2.30pm.imagine that?but the 23bucks was worth spending though.

Went off shopping at another shopping centre..Kiat Lun & Jin lee left as they have sth on..these areas de food court are highly expensive..imagine a veggie rice $4-5..-.- and a youtiao stick cost 1dollar...still it did not stop ppl like serena,qiaoxin and huiting to buy clothes down there(:

Dumb burglar leaves his Facebook page on victim’s computer

MARTINSBURG - The popular online social networking site Facebook helped lead to an alleged burglar's arrest after he stopped check his account on the victim's computer, but forgot to log out before leaving the home with two diamond rings.

Jonathan G. Parker, 19, of Fort Loudoun, Pa., was arraigned Tuesday one count of felony daytime burglary.

According to court records, Deputy P.D. Ware of the Berkeley County Sheriff's Department responded on Aug. 28 to the victim's home after she reported the burglary.

She told police that someone had broken into her home through a bedroom window.

There were open cabinets in her garage, and other signs of a burglar.

The victim later noticed that the intruder also used her computer to check his Facebook status, and his account was still open when she checked the computer.

The victim later noticed that she was missing two diamond rings from her dresser in the same room as her computer.

The two rings were worth more than $3,500, reports indicate.

During the investigation, a friend of the victim told her that he knew where Parker was staying, in the same area as the victim's house.

Police then went to the home and spoke with a friend of Parker's.

The man said Parker had stopped by his home occasionally, but he said the man didn't live there.

He also said that the night before the burglary, Parker asked him if he wanted to help break into the victim's home but he refused.

As of Tuesday evening, Parker remained in custody at the Eastern Regional Jail on $10,000 bail.

If convicted he faces one to 10 years in prison.

USA: Thieves overheard after misdialing 911

Police say two Florida teenagers are facing charges after 911 dispatchers heard them talking about breaking into cars when one teen's cell phone accidentally called 911 during a heist. Daytona Beach police say 19-year-old Stefanie Vargas and a 13-year-old boy are charged with burglary to a conveyance.

Police spokesman Jimmie Flynt says dispatchers listened as the pair discussed what was worth taking while rummaging though a vehicle parked near a Daytona Beach nightclub early Sunday.

Officers went to the area and spotted the boy inside a vehicle. A police report says the pair tried to flee in a sport utility vehicle driven by Vargas. The report says both admitted to the robbery.

It's unclear how the number got dialed.

One is soft-spoken and demure.

The other is extroverted and chatty. They have been the best of friends for 46 years.

Accounts executive Goh Beow Leng is the quieter one while housewife Ann Solomon was nicknamed 'chatterbox' in their schooldays.

The two chums found themselves seated next to each other on the first day of school in Secondary 1 in 1964.

Their first 'hello' to each other sparked a steady friendship which has seen them through 41/2 decades.

Recalling that first day, Madam Solomon, 58, said: 'We were making the transition to a new environment, from primary to secondary school. We were terrified, so we stayed next to each other.'

Their friendship blossomed at school. They both joined the Girl Guides and bonded over badminton, netball and swimming sessions.

They also poured their hearts out to each other.

'I could talk to her about my boyfriends and she could talk to me about hers. We could talk about anything and not feel judged. She was like the sister I never had,' said Madam Solomon, who has two brothers.

Said Madam Goh, also 58: 'We could be frank with each other.'

Their different backgrounds - Madam Goh is Chinese and Madam Solomon is Eurasian - did not prevent them from forming a strong bond. In fact, it brought their friendship to a deeper level.

Said Madam Solomon: 'As a Eurasian, I was brought up with constant hugs and kisses from my family. So it was natural for me to do the same to people who were close to me.'

Said Madam Goh: 'Whenever I meet Ann, she always hugs me. It has always made me feel accepted.'

Said Madam Solomon: 'We never saw each other as people from a different culture; we saw each other as friends.'

Their strong friendship continued throughout school, but took a different turn after the O-level examinations. Madam Goh started working and Madam Solomon went on to study for her A levels.

Three years later, Madam Goh got married and had two sons. Madam Solomon found a job which required her to travel often and she also got married and had two daughters.

'When the children started coming, we met less,' she said.

However, their friendship endured and they would meet for lunch and talk on the telephone. Both were also respectful of the other friendships that each had forged.

Once their children had grown up, they had more time to spend with each other.

Their bond was deepened when Madam Solomon's mother, whom she was close to, died suddenly in 1999.

Few words were exchanged during Madam Goh's visits, but her presence brought immense comfort to her grieving friend.

'It feels warm when you have a good friend who just sits there silently supporting you,' said Madam Solomon.

For the two, their journey over the decades have left an indelible print on their lives.

Said Madam Solomon: 'Peanuts creator Charles Schulz once wrote that 'a friend is someone who knows all your faults and still likes you anyway'. That's what we have with each other.'

After GEMs quiz(Tat was not much of a challenge,only that some qns i wasnt able to do),i left to find ting in order to go library to find books.While ting wants to find IT stuff,i went to find biochemistry thing.We stayed here till 5pm+ before having to go to yew tee to pick up one of her stuff that she ordered and we chatted for an hour or so before i went back home...

Doing Excel PBL with this group(Not going to mention their names) is really making me vomit blood,seriously,only one of them in my group was able to assist me and one had no idea how to do and the other was simply cant be bothered to even assist me and have the nerve to watch youtube.WTF.No wonder they are known as the slack grp.Doing things only at the last minute and can even take it easy even deadline was tml..Ended up me having to do nearly 67% of the entire PBL )):
I swear,that i never want to group with them for any assignment again.kind of regretted not joining Jx's grp...

Today not much lessons,initally wanted to play pool with teng and ting,but as teng cmi,so i instead went mac to study with her at yew tee mac.listening to her ipod(she got 2) while doing engineering maths until towards 6pm,Something happened that caused her and us to walk off to her block area.She at 1st wanted to shout out to let all her sadness off,but as sth happened to tarkey and jasmine(they are ok shortly after),he initally wanted to find ting but as ting did not have the mood to talk to him.In order to shake him off,ting and i ran off to staircase area and ting somehow cried,upset wat happened previously but calmed down ahwile later and started writing on the wall(sth tat she did not do for some time le).chatted with her untill towards 7pm before i left for home.

Today's school was pretty short,with only engineering maths.after this,i went to watch how my frens like Timothy and Joshua's grp present their colony count power point slides,but i could'nt stay long enough to see Junyong's grp presentation as i went off to meet ting.
We had lunch at Yew tee food court,then went off to bugis.Upon reaching there,we headed to the temple to pray.That temple was filled with ppl at tat time.we headed off to read our palm readings and then walked around bugis street for some time before going to lot 1 to meet chuan teng and his sister for an hour or so before they left.Ting and i stayed at lot 1,as she went and buy a gift for jc,chatted awhile before the news of her sis jasmine lost her hp in school and she went off to meet her bf without telling anyone.despite her bf giving her his another of the line,she did not ans any of the calls by ting for some time and only returned home at 7pm.Due to ting's worries about her sis,i left for home around 6pm.

Ting had already bought the headset((: looks like she could finally msn call jc(save the trouble for calling on phone)..

JAE duty really was sian though,sitting there chit chat with those biomedical guys(I merely took over jin lee's place when he got an urgent matter to attend to)

Ytd after RWP(turn out to be like damn sian,had to re-edit my draft),went with ting at SP's open house,ting went ard asking business courses things and went off to meet royston near foodcourt 1.
After which,we headed off to NP,initially we wanted to take MRT but thanks to peggy,who told me got bus cn go there,we took the bus towards NP,it's been a yr since i went to np,so i was clueless about the place,not familiar but managed to pei ting to the business block who asked enquires about accountancy.It turned out tat she could use her LCCI cert to apply via DAE if she cant use JAe to go accountancy.After which,we left for the engineering block to meet her fren and went to the CCA fair area,where we saw the performance of the megmun(the cheering teaM)Ting looked amazed and has intended to join the cca if she was able to go NP to study..
By the time we finished,it was nearly 5.30pm..although ting and i intended to go NYP,but since ting wants to meet jc,we had to travel to admarity area to dine and jc came,we walked around there before going off to a block of flats,with me following behind(did not like the idea of walking besides ting and jc who are holding hands)

When we reached,i decided to take a look around the area by jogging(=.='' nv wear shoes den go run)tat area was like 500m apart.Saw ting and jc sharing chocolates(sweet).When ting offered me some,i refused it,knowing tat jc will not like it if i accepted(i think he was the one buying it?)..The area was kinda nice though,but no vending machine at all ):..
i left at 8.10pm though as i wan go home n rest,unfortunely,one MRT broke down and the rest behind it are travelling like snails,making me reaching home by 9pm.(so much for delay)

After school and shortly discussing IDEAs,Li xia(a junior of mine whom i nv contacted a long time)suddenly asked me to meet up to help her in jumping quest..Just like last time,could'nt even complete a stage 1 kerning subway quest.
And i sort of regretted helping her as she bragged about her bsp over 16x in just 3months while i took 3yrs to get to 14x and her mesos of 700m+...despite her screwing up of her n lvls and because of maple,she could even forgot to register her ite untill the last minute..wat a hopeless bum she is(Nv even attempted to find work after n lvls and simply chiong maple all day long)=.=''

Hey guys,
I guess i want to summarise what happened during 2009.

During Jan,i was still in ITE attachment at NYP,and also attending one of the modules,which gives us a rough idea how a poly life is like and turned out to be useful when we went on to poly(NYP seemed to only want students from BCT which has 3.0> as of 3rd sememster 08) We eventually learned alof from this attachment.
Helping out in setting up the open house was tiring but meaningful.During the open house,yx and i decided to walk around the poly..
On the 2nd day of The Poly Open house,BCT students went back to ite to find out how we are doing in attachments,after that i left for SP,NP and NYP along with Jp0704Q ppl,which one of them bombed alot of qn...
There are AFS ppl who also came NYP for attachment(jin xiong,wei guang,the other 2 i dunno)jx and wei guang eventually become my coursemates
During JPAE,BCT students have a hard time choosing what courses to take for poly...it took me 2-3days to come up with a final decision
Cell culture eventually became sth that i won't forget,during that time,we got a couple of cultures contaminated(Halim's was the most while regina and mine onli got 1)yx was'nt happy over it and cried for the whole day -.-''

After attachment,we had to come back to simei ite to assist those in-house attachment and those who came back overseas for rpoject.It turned out to be the most boring times that i at times simply went home at any time i want(As early as 12pm was recorded),well to meet shi ting(my godsis) and some of her frens to hang out elsewhere..

For the final ITE semester results,my GPA was 3.4(includes cca points)3As,1C,the rest all B.well i did whatever i could and have no regrets.To top it all,i got a award that is to the top 25% of the BCT cohort(:
JPAE results were out a few days after tat,i was slotted into SP,DFST

Poly life soon was way harder than ITE,with loads of assignment and projects,for 2010,i will try my best efforts into it(:
Although Poly life was stressful,it did not stop us DFST 1B/02 to have some fun.(Eg,Chalet june 09-which turned out to be way better den ite one,refer to june09 for more details and numerous outings,the lastest one is the zoo trip at 29/12/09)

As for my R/s,it begin so fast,yet it ended so fast as well..when 'I' attempted to test me during feb-march by claiming that she got a bf(fake),i tot it was real and attempted to forget her,but towards end of march,she revealed it was nt so and the next month,when 'I' asked for stead and agreed,it was my mistake..as initially i was delighted over the news,but i eventually realised that i can't get the same feelings i got in 08.However,i still decided to cling on,thinking that i could.But i was wrong..Despite my best efforts to keep up the r/s,by august,i soon realised that if something was not done,it could end..Why?because 'I' was way too busy for me,having 2 CCAs to juggle(Dance),having driving lessons and an desire to get a distinction by studying almost everyday and rejected my ideas of going out with her by early aug,as she claimed that 'I' wanted to spend this month studying and did not wan to go out wif me at all ):(Cant even find a day free?),by then i realised the feelings are fast fading,but i could not understand why i still want to cling on.
Mid April-Aug,like go out solo date only like 2-3times?!
Soon,'I' began to ignore all of my msn and sms msgs.At 1st i thought 'I' was busy in her studies(As what esther says),but When Shi Ting saw 'I' de msn status and msn me that 'I' wrote (being single gives me freedom and no one understands at all..),Shi ting warned me about it and i soon realised that it has ended,(a slient break).Although i expected this will happen,but i nv expected it to happen so fast,during my exam and i was not too happy over it..i began to resent 'I' for it..
Eventually,more of my frens found out about it and went to the extent to reading her blog(Eg,BC).Jasmine[SP] also soon found out about it and thought it was some misunderstanding after reading 'I''s blog and 'I' was'nt willing to break up and told me to try to talk thing ard.But i already knew it's over,i ignored jasmine-sp's advice.
It was soon revealed from Jessie that 'I' wan brk as 'I' claimed that i did not care for her good enough.What nonsense is this when u are too busy to let me do so?!Fortunely,jessie was able to understand the situation and did not ask me further on.I did not contact 'I' anymore after the break up.and 'I' got another guy shortly after,upon hearing this,i started to hate her and swore never to have anything to do with her again.

In conclusion,i guess this was the major mistake i committed in 2009.Well,as what i stated in facebook,i ressolved not to repeat that again((:
To CM and JL,this is the mistake i did.Hope u guys will understand and dun follow my path as u might live to regret it..so much for ur bombing of my post.=D

To readers as well,i hope u guys will understand as well=D,now single life seemed to be better but i sort of envy couples,but i knew my time will come and not rush into another r/s and just wanted to start everything afresh from now on.((:

Went out wif ting & BC(Although wq also could tag along,she was unable to wait for us any longer after an hour and a half of waiting at orchard due to ting's late set off)we instead went off to bugis to pool.After an hour of pooling,i realised that i haven improved at all while ting could play evenly with me or bc(Although i won ting)Bc left early to meet his frens while ting and i walked ard bugis before going off to orchard till into the night before j showed up..

9th Dec-Went Seoul Garden with my class,ate like no tml..went home at like going to 9pm..

11th Dec-Went out with Ting,Teng,BC,jasmine,tarkey and one of his fren..played pool for 2hours before ting went to NUH to collect med results..the rest of us simply slacked around in West Mall till 6pm+ before going on to Jurong point.At there,we also walked around until at popular teng buy accountancy book and bc went home.J came shorty after.Dined at Mac before teng and i decided to leave(:

12th Dec-Came back to play maple for awhile.Spamming services are now less common than a month or so ago.Went Scarlion run along with 11other ppl(2Nls,2Bm,2Bsps,1Pirate,2Arans,1Hero,1dk(me),last one forgot who).It was downed in 40mins and although i was'nt in the helmet list,i got helmeted in the end as there were 4scar helms and there were 3 unhelm on the list(exclude me)

Today met up with Ting,Jasmine(Briefly),BC,Jave and Wq.
Went West Mall de accarde,went bowling,pool and went to SUn Plaza.Dined here,went on to the accarde there till 8pm+ to meet jasmine.Chilled off fo abit before going back home at 9pm+..BC did not come with us to Sun Plaza and went home though

Went to Tampines IKEA,COURTs and GIANTE along with kiat lun,chon mun jun yong and jin lee(CM,JL and JY went there for IDEAs assignment)the IKEA there was way different from the one in Queensway as it was much bigger,more services and more varities of furniture available.for COURTs,it sells from furniture to electrical devices like PCs,laptops,TVs,cameras etc.AS for the GIANT(Or wateva the name),as a hypermart,it has a hell load of items,more than the Fairprice i went last fri..we went there until 5pm+ before going home..
And btw,although IKEA food there is nice,but it is very expensive(except the hotdog).Spathetti with several meatballs cost like,$7.50 and the plate is only average sized(i only ate 1 hotdog for lunch due to tat).But the drink although it is $1.50,u can refill it as much as possible..

While we went to this few areas,Timothy,Joshua and Jordan went to chatterbox at the meritus mandarin hotel to try the chicken rice there for their IDEAs assignment.I heard tat the chicken give quite alot but it comes up with $20.00.wow so expensive.

And IDEAs presentation is moved to week 12.Tat's alot of time to prepare(:

School ended earlier than usual as CPPB's theory lessons ended early and organic and inorganic chemistry was pushed foreward.I went off to meet ting.despite having a cold and abit of sore throat,she still wanted to watch a movie and did not want to miss her 1st lessons at BMC(located at jurong area),after a rather dry movie,we went off to jurong east to have dinner before she,along with chuan teng left for the lesson

After RWP lesson,i met up with jin xiong,kiat lun & chin ping to do IDEAs assignment,as chin ping had GEMs,the rest of us had to stay at library to wait for him.His GEMs was finished an hour earlier.We left for bukit timah to explore Cold Storage and NTUC Fairprice(Our assignment is to compare the big 3 in SG,NTUC fairprice,COld Storage and Seng siong)The Seng Siong was in Ten Mile Junction.While NTUC and Cold Storage was quite neat and good,Seng Siong was like abit of a upgraded market(Would it be the same,as Seng Siong will be coming to Yew Tee in a few months time?)We compared food pricing,how the food are arranged etc untill 5pm+ before jin xiong had to leave for his CCA,while the rest of us went home,but not before taking several photos of these supermarkets for our assignment.

-I world is out!I could never understand why asiasoft wan to introduce so many worlds when G and H are hardly half filled.
-Release of x3 exp coupon.(i guess this was out due to the new exp formula)
Pls dun ask me how to calculate the new exp formula as i had no idea how.

Den after sch went on to meet ting to go on to teng's house(condo).his condo waS among the best i ever seen,got pool area,bbq pit,swimming pool,convenince store,tennis,squash court...we went library in west mall before heading off to his house.played pool,slacked off at his house play monopoly,uno etc till almost 8pm before heading off home.

My blog's pretty dead for a week le...So well,already into the 3rd week of sch le,already got 2-3assignments to do(including GEMs) de,One assignment only got a week to finish,about coming out a certain food product.Engineering maths PBL is till mid jan 10,but tat chin ping did half of it singlehandly.The newton's method had to ask some other ppl as even he could'nt do the qn tat needs tat formula..So far,apart from engineering maths which i had abit of a prob keeping up,the rest is pretty ok(:
BCT reunion on early dec..hmmm.i dunno want to go anot as there will be MST by then..
-As for maple,i getting more lz to log in and more busy in studies to even log in..

This few days seemed to have several cancellations.esp ytd,2 lessons was canceled due to somne reasons.Well it was just the 1st week.i'm sure the next week or so,it won be like this.
Today's GEMs was nth much,just merely a brief introduction over Everyday Chemical Hazards,A module similar to LSP(Lab safety practice) learned back in my ITE days,but more in depth de details like having certain code numbers about how hazardous the chemical is.After tat,i went off jogging and went on to the GYM till 3pm+ before going back to yew tee slack.During the journey home,i suddenly saw jasmine.it seemed tat she,too,like many of my classmates,is also going to her GEM lesson alone..
AT Yew Tee mac,i saw teng,who eventually invited me to study along with ting.While waiting for ting,i went off to 7/11 to find some stuff,which does nt have wat i want yet.Just as i came out,i saw xiaoli anbd chatted quite abit.she did'nt changed much,only tat she now wearing glasses more frequently.wonder how she got a SP shirt as wat she revealed?did she just went in SP with her peers to buy one or sth?i lazy to find out anyway.
Ting only came just before 6pm to have a last min revision before o lvls start tml.This time,she did some compo revision and asked us to firther improve her compro de body.We studied till 7pm+,pei ting and teng,who have their dinner at a foodcourt nearby and eventually pei ting and chatted while walking to her tution center before heading back home.

Hey guys!
It's been some time since i update this blog.For now school starts.We got alot of new modules to take like organic and inorganic chemistry,microbiology(which could be like recapping to me) and engineering maths(wa,tat one is sth i will have difficulty in,cppb.Saw jordan today.His hairstyle changed to like,wow.But he was only able to take 3modules with us due to him failing ap chem and cppa and the timetable clash.
2weeks before term start,i came out of retirement of maple after inactive for 5months...but school time maple activity will be all time low..

Bought this for 55m and passed 6 out of 7 60% scroll spear att(total x7 scrolls cost me 68m)
Well O lvls are coming this week,so to this few ppl like ting,chuan teng,yiling,keith and qiang,best if luck to u all(:

Went out with some of my DFST classmates,from having lunch for a few hours at soul garden at marina square.Ate until stomach nearly burst.timothy had a werid way of eating his ice-kachang,by mixing his drink with it though.
After tat we went off to marina square,discussing wat to do next.initially we wanted to see a movie but we could'nt decide properly which to watch as peggy could'nt watch horror movies.something cropped up at jin lee's place and he had to go home early..so we instead went on to play pool.
Except joshua,kiat lun and chin ping,the rest of us we played pool.the area was damn expensive,but there are like 5 of us playing,so it was'nt much of a concern.Although i could beat timothy,i lose to peggy.And seeing how jenny owned timothy makes me wonder how am i supposed to beat her(she revealed tat she played for sometime).she could hole up to 4cue balls in a row,not once,but twice..sth tat not even bc,alvin or xiu wei could do(perhaps simon was able to,i got totally owned by him the last time i played with him).And then i saw how serena was able to beat peggy(which i could'nt) but lost to jenny.We went on to play daytona(marina square de accarde's daytona could link 8players,sth tat i could not see in other areas like lot1,cwp,westmall)
Due to us unable to decide what to do next,timothy,me,joshua and chin ping left home.Hopefully more ppl in our class could come on our next class outing though(:,although it was fun though

25th sept
Went out with joshua,alvin,bc,cs,jian xiong(Xiu wei cmi due to work) at west mall.at first i presumed tat they went to joshua's hse to chill out at 1st,but they instead went here and there around bukit batok.Met up wif jx,alvin and joshua first as bc and cs were late before going on to pastamania for dinner.well my hot pasta was made even more spicy by adding dried chilli and a kind of chilli sauce(clueless wat is the name) and bits of cheese..kinda werid and damn spicy and cheesy!the price was alright and worth the cost though.Joshua's NS was extended due to a further medical checkup which revealed tat he was'nt able to cope stress and might explode if he was under pressure(wa,nv heard this case before and no wonder why he told me tat he could barely cope with his ite course since the second semester)
We then headed off to CSC club to bowl.i was able to hold my own with joshua and cs,but lost due to a gutter ball..(nvm,it's a game anyway)alvin and jx's bowling was like...even more li hai than ting..joshua's style of bowling was hilarious though.
Went off to play pool after that and despite able to hold my own against all of my frens,i only won against joshua(gave him numerous chances to score though) and as for cs,since i ran out of time,i purposely hit the black cue ball into the hole,resulting in my loss(well a game is a game,enjoyed playing with them though) and went home,narrowly able to abide by my curfew.(wa lao.i hate curfews of getting home before 12.30am,hopefully i dun have one soon.)
Looks like joshua cn enjoy normal civilan life till around dec..

As for my poly results,i thought i might fail one or two module due to inability to concentrate to study due to recent events,but one(AP chem barely scaped through) and i passed all!(Food science i still can get B)relieved but i resolved to work harder for the next semester(:
Engineering maths..hmmm it won't be easy due to the fact tat i was'nt good in maths and did not had a a-maths background but i simply had to pass this no matter what!Thx to ppl like jasmine(SP),Zoe,ting,guishi,chin ping,xin mao for ur encouragement!I won let this ppl down(: Semester 1 is really a wake up call to me afterall((:
